Hi, my name is Dana Herrs.

We’re new to the area, originally from Washington, Kansas. In 2023, I retired from the Fort Riley Fire Department and my wife, Theresa, retired from Washington County 911. After selling everything, we spent time traveling full-time and absolutely loved the experience — meeting great people and seeing beautiful places.

Eventually, we realized we were ready for a new chapter. Every time we visited this area it felt like home, and being closer to friends and family sealed the deal. In 2025, we founded 3H Solutions LLC, specializing in stump removal.

We are fully licensed and insured to operate in Iowa and Nebraska. Our values are simple: be professional, honest, reliable, and quick to respond. We take pride in treating every job with the same care and attention we would expect ourselves.
